Mathew Marshall
Project Manager
Born in Stamford, CT.
I have lived in Western CT my whole life.
I am a 2013 graduate of Henry Abbott Technical High School where I proudly received my Culinary arts certificate and Diploma. I played on the football team freshman year and was a part of the mathlete’s team every year before high school.
I started my career at a small local business in Danbury that manufactured encapsulated supplements where I ran the production floor and managed all outgoing shipment. From there I was recruited to ASML, currently the largest supplier in the world of photo lithography systems for the semiconductor industry. There I was in charge of the Manufacturing Defect Center Shipping, ensuring all defective parts were properly accounted for, processed, properly packaged, and returned to the correct vendor accordingly. I moved to the company’s warehouse to experience new positions where I was re-employed by Clancy’s as a parts picker. Rapidly moving through positions to receiver, to truck coordinator, to head receiver, to assistant manager. Eventually leaving to return to employment at ASML continuing on in the Logistics field. Packing delicate modules, becoming IATA certified (dangerous goods), and loading oversized loads onto trucks. I was offered the opportunity at Halitron and accepted with profound excitement! Here I serve as a project manager with my main focus being the Retailiom operations and logistics. Ensuring prompt turn over times and quality operations while, with the help of Eliazar, instilling “lean manufacturing” and “just in time” principals creating a vastly productive and lean factory. A few things about me are that I love to be outdoors and get out there as much as I can. Hiking, mountain biking or kayaking I can never say no to. If I’m not out doors then I’m enjoying classic video games on my antique game systems. I love to cook and invent never before thought of cuisine.

Investor Relations
Born and raised in Danbury, CT
Went to Western Connecticut State university for my Bachelor's Degree in Financial management.
While I was in School I took part of the Rugby Club and Finance club.
My Freshman year I Worked for a 3rd party collections agency for Comcast/Time Warner. Sophomore year I got experience in collecting for Sensible auto Lending, a car financial service that provided loans for Customers who don’t have the best credit. I then took my experience and knowledge to RS Goldman Accounting, A small local accounting firm where I was able to learn and define how to do Basic Accounting, Bookkeeping, Corporate Sale tax, and as well as individual taxes. Obtained my Life insurance license in 2017. In December 2017 of my senior year of school I was presented the Finance internship opportunity here at Halitron, Inc. where I take on the role of Investor Relations. A couple things about me is that I love family, its one of the biggest thing I value in life, and the other is that I love to travel, getting to experience new things is what keeps me going in life, meeting new people and learning of their stories and what drove them to get where they are is just incredible.
